Your Private Space:

The My Stuff module enables each user with login rights to change personal settings that determine the way Daylight Explorer™ looks and feels when he or she is logged in. It also serves as a private gateway to setting up and managing visitations and appointments and offers a useful file management system for your letters and sermons.

Personal Settings:

You can customize the way Daylight Explorer™ looks and feels when you are logged in.

Appointments and Visits:

Logically, each appointment contains a People node and each visit contains both a People and a Family node. My Stuff integrates into the rest of Daylight Explorer™ so you can use drag n drop to add people to your appointments or visits without doing any typing.

Letters and Sermons:

The Letters and Sermons nodes help you to keep your important files well organized.

Working with Files:

Daylight Explorer™ makes it easy for you to open and work with your files. It even lets you track videos of your sermons and play them back without interrupting your workflow.

Baskets™:

Every user has his or her own personal basket™. A unique feature of Daylight Explorer™, baskets™ let you completely customize a space in your database so you can use it in ways that fill a unique need. Here's an example: create a basket™ and call it Shut-ins. Then, into the People node, drag and drop the records for all of your church members who have difficulty getting out of the house. Now you will know where to look whenever you need the help of the computer in carrying out your minstry toward these members of your church. You will be able to think of many useful things to do with your Baskets™ node.

E-mail Functionality:

You have full program functionality in My Stuff. For example, you can send an e-mail message to every person who is scheduled an appointment with just a few clicks.
