There are two types of Daylight Research user accounts:
1. Regular user accounts which you can create by clicking the New Account link in the Log In box at the top of this website. This account remembers the user information that you provide when you create the account and gives you full access to our knowledge base as well as the ability to post on our community forums.
2. Linked Accounts which are linked to your product license(s). In addition to the level of access that you get with your regular account, this account provides access to special services that are reserved for registered licensees such as certain downloads. When you receive your product you will either receive a new linked account or an existing regular account will be upgraded to a linked account.
Here are some suggested guidelines for managing your Daylight Research user accounts:
1. Remember your linked account. If several members of your church have set up accounts, remember which one is the linked account. When you receive your software, you will receive an e-mail message with your linked account information. Copy it and keep it in a safe place.
2. When you need to download files from the Daylight Research website, log in using the user name and password of the linked account. Otherwise, the download links that you are looking for will be disabled.
